The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is inviting residents to share feedback as part of a review of Team NT’s participation in multisport games.

This review, developed in partnership with Sport North Federation and the Indigenous Sports Circle NWT, is examining how the current multisport games system is working, including participation in events such as the Arctic Winter Games, Canada Games, North American Indigenous Games, and Canada 55+ Games.

Multisport games play an important role in supporting athlete development, strengthening community connections, and promoting active living across the Northwest Territories.

The review will explore what is working well, barriers to participation, and opportunities to improve access, inclusion, and support for athletes, coaches, officials, and communities.

Input gathered through this engagement will help inform future decisions about Team NT programs, policies, and participation in multisport games.

Residents, organizations, and partners are encouraged to complete a short survey and share their experiences and perspectives by July 15, 2026.
