Ministerial Travel 

Please note that travel schedules may change with little or no notice. This schedule is accurate as of June 1, 2026. 

• Minister Macdonald will be traveling to Langford, BC, June 2-5 to attend the Canadian Council of Forest Ministers FPT meetings.
• Minister Cleveland will be attending a Nahendeh Constituency tour from June 8-12 with MLA Shane Thompson.
• Minister Kuptana will be traveling to Fort Simpson on June 8 for a Nahendeh housing tour.

• Minister Wawzonek will be attending a Taltson Steering Committee meeting with representatives from Canada’s Major Projects Office on June 3 in Yellowknife.
• Minister Kuptana will be attending a meet and greet with representatives from Canada’s Major Projects Office on June 4 in Yellowknife.
• Minister Wawzonek will be attending the Mackenzie Valley Highway (MVH) Leadership meeting with representatives from Canada’s Major Projects Office on June 4 in Yellowknife.
• Minister Cleveland will be providing a public ministerial briefing to the Standing Committee on Economic Development and Environment on new arts funding programs on June 4 in Yellowknife.
• Premier Simpson will be attending and speaking at the We Always Remember (WAR) Circle for Northern Residential School Survivors’ Consecration Ceremony of the Territorial Residential Schools Monument site on June 8 in Yellowknife.
