South Slave Pre-Registration is Open
GNWT Pathfinders can assist at registration centres in Edmonton, Calgary, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray and High Level. Any questions or concerns can be sent to: DisasterAssistance@gov.nt.ca
Please note that a separate pre-registration process for Enterprise evacuees will be announced at a later date when a re-entry timeline for that community becomes available.
Your information will be processed as quickly as possible to determine the appropriate re-entry flight.
Once your flight information is available, the GNWT will call with your flight information. You will also be provided with information on ground transportation from a designated pick-up location to your assigned airport.
Calls are expected to begin Friday September 15, 2023

GNWT Pathfinders
Residents can contact GNWT Pathfinders for information and help accessing programs and services that assist evacuees and others impacted by disaster events.
Please note that information is specific to circumstances of the event.
Pathfinders are currently providing assistance to South Slave evacuees for return flights to Hay River and Fort Smith, information on Department of Finance funding programs for evacuees and general information on services being provided by Alberta host communities.
