NWT residents can now apply for Special Occasion Liquor Permits online using Northwest Territories eServices.

Northwest Territories eServices are easy to use and available 24/7. You can now apply for Special Occasion Liquor Permits online at https://services.nwt-tno.ca/. You can also continue to submit your applications to the Liquor Licensing Board. For more information, please refer to https://www.fin.gov.nt.ca/en/services/special-occasion-permits.

It's important to follow all the rules about serving alcohol, including making sure it's done safely and responsibly. Special Occasion Permits are needed anytime you plan to serve or sell liquor at events like weddings, fundraisers, or community gatherings.
