Job Information
The Commission scolaire francophone des Territoires du nord-ouest (CSFTNO) is looking for an energetic, caring, and creative Educator, Out of School Care to help make after-school hours the best part of a child's day! You will create fun activities, encourage friendships, support learning through play, and help children thrive in a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, age-appropriate activities and programming.
- Supervise and actively engage with children in a safe and supportive environment.
- Promote positive behavior, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and accessible play space.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Track attendance and report incidents or concerns as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma and at least 1 year of childcare experience.
- Current First Aid and Infant/Child CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Advanced French language skills (oral and reading) and intermediate writing skills required.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is from $31.58 per hour to $37.74 per hour, plus an annual Northern Allowance of $3,700 pro-rated to the number of hours worked.
