Current Projects

For 2025-26, NWT CIMP is funding 29 monitoring and research projects that address our key cumulative impact monitoring priorities. Of the 29 projects:

  • 7 are Traditional Knowledge-focused;
  • 21 are science-focused; and
  • 1 combines Traditional Knowledge and science.

NWT CIMP has also created regional maps identifying CIMP project locations. Work is underway to produce maps for all regions.
