Western Northwest Territories Biophysical Study
The Western Northwest Territories Biophysical Study was established in 2003 to make sure baseline data necessary to assess, mitigate and monitor environmental impacts of proposed developments in the western Northwest Territories is available to industry, regulators, communities and governments. The study focuses on areas within the mandate of the Government of the Northwest Territories including wildlife, wildlife habitat, forest resources and air quality.
