Residents are invited to share their feedback on the GNWT French language communications and services through the Francophone Community Satisfaction Survey.
The online survey helps the GNWT assess and improve communications and the quality and delivery of services in French. It is anonymous and takes approximately five minutes to complete. Feedback collected through the survey will be summarized in a What We Heard Report.
Input from the Francophone community is an important part of the GNWT’s ongoing efforts to strengthen French language communications and services across government. The survey is conducted every second year as part of this commitment, with the previous one completed in 2024. You can view the What We Heard Report from the 2024 survey here.
This year’s Francophone Community Satisfaction Survey closes on June 28, 2026, 11:59 p.m. MT. Complete it here.
