The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) has announced updates to the Northwest Territories (NWT) Emergency Plan, including Evacuation and Hosting Guidelines and an Emergency Communications Protocol, ahead of the 2024 high-risk season.
Over 6,290,000 litres of fuel were delivered to eight NWT communities during a successful 2023/2024 winter road season.
