Media are invited to attend the arrival in Yellowknife of the President of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier. He will be joined by Mrs. Elke Büdenbender. The President will be welcomed to the territory by Commissioner Margaret Thom,  Mayor Rebecca Alty, and Chief Fred Sangris.

The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is pleased to announce the launch of a new comprehensive online funding program information portal. Available on the main GNWT website, the new portal will make it easy for residents to find and apply for government funding opportunities.

The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) will establish a Not-for-Profit Sector External Advisory Committee to provide independent advice and recommendations to the GNWT to help strengthen the not-for-profit and charitable sector in the Northwest Territories (NWT).
