Paulatuk is located on the shores of the Beaufort Sea and home to more than 300 people. The community was founded as a trading post in 1935 leading to a deep history of hunting, trapping and Arctic char fishing. It is accessible year round by air via Inuvik. 

Students from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 are taught at Angik School.
