Environmental Trends
A key goal of NWT CIMP is to report on environmental trends and make trend data available to NWT decision-makers. Since 2011, NWT CIMP focuses its monitoring and research on three priority valued components: caribou, water, and fish, given their importance to the people of the NWT.
NWT CIMP has gathered environmental trend data for caribou, water, and fish from all sources, including NWT CIMP-funded monitoring and research. Information is current to 2015 and is updated annually.
