Caroline Wawzonek, Minister of Finance and Minister Responsible for the Public Service, and Lesa Semmler, Minister of Health and Social Services, issued the following statement today regarding public service modernization and efforts to strengthen the health and social services system.

“The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) has been undertaking a comprehensive, multi-phase modernization of the Public Service Act to ensure it continues to meet the needs of a modern workforce and a modern public service.

NWT residents can now apply for Special Occasion Liquor Permits online

NWT residents can now apply for Special Occasion Liquor Permits online using Northwest Territories eServices.

Northwest Territories eServices are easy to use and available 24/7. You can now apply for Special Occasion Liquor Permits online at https://services.nwt-tno.ca/. You can also continue to submit your applications to the Liquor Licensing Board. For more information, please refer to https://www.fin.gov.nt.ca/en/services/special-occasion-permits.

GNWT Announces Relief Measures to Support Diamond Sector Stability, Protect Jobs and Safeguard Northern Economy
